This project collaboration with KSD Design Studio saw the interiors play a supporting role to the museum content, whereby all joinery and selections are paired back. Custom units were designed to house relics from the extensive collection of Mary Mackillop memorabilia. The gift shop is a hive of activity when open and houses a range of trinkets for the thousands of visitors who descend upon the museum each year.
