Located 100m from the seaside, Summer Scape House was designed as a beach house retreat, primed for entertaining and flexible living. The design process was a functional planning exercise to accommodate up to 14 people. Considering its locality and number of occupants, the brief called for the use of robust materials, elevated by the simple elegance of architectural elements.
