The Tranquilla Development will sit at the edge of the dunes, over looking the sea and West Lakes Shore. With a magical view and location the Tranquilla Display suite is paramount to convey and inspire the public of what will be. The display suite footprint is small yet it sits within a generous site and was landscaped to reflect the nature of the environment. A viewing tower accessible by the public enables them to climb up to the height of the roof top garden and take in the city and sea views at this level. The display suite itself introduces the public to the look, feel, materiality and aesthetic of the development. Showcasing the kitchen, bathroom and living room spaces, the public can enjoy the facilities while taking in the features and options that Tranquilla has to offer. The first weekend was so successful with the sale 8 apartments.
